Master architecture of the Legal Framework
Model separation (Direct vs. Marketplace), roles, lifecycles (asset, payment, deposit, damage), governance and versioning. Language-neutral clause IDs (BP-XX-YY) as the foundation for all further documents.
The English pages mirror the German framework. The formal DOCX/PDF artefacts are currently issued in German as the canonical language; the certified English translation is prepared via the language-neutral clause IDs (BP-XX-YY) and will be published here in a following iteration.
